Practice Areas

Rates:

Flat rate half day: $3200

Flat rate full day: $6000

Fees include all preparation, pre-mediation conferences, and up to four hours for half day and eight hours for full day mediation. All mediations are conducted virtually unless prior agreement otherwise.

Mediation fees are due upon booking session.

Fees are non-refundable unless the mediation is canceled more than 21 days in advance of a scheduled mediation.  Mediation fees will not be refunded for a cancellation within 21 days of a scheduled mediation unless the date is rebooked with another case.  There is no fee for a continuance, but it is requested that continuances be sought at least 21 days in advance.
