Rates:

Flat rate half-day: $4000

Flat rate full-day: $7000

Fees include all preparation, pre-mediation conferences, and up to four hours for a half-day mediation and up to eight hours for a full-day mediation. All mediations are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed upon when the session is scheduled. 

Mediation fees are due upon booking session.

Fees are non-refundable unless the mediation is canceled more than 21 days in advance of a scheduled mediation.  Mediation fees will not be refunded for a cancellation within 21 days of a scheduled mediation.
